Statewide grant programs
Decentralized Arts Funding
DAF provides a system for funding arts and cultural projects in every parish through operating support and project assistance. Decentralized funds are disbursed from the Division to nine regional development agencies.
Regional Development Agency Performance Plan
This program provides general operating support for regional development agencies to achieve their missions of providing specific services that respond to the needs in their regions.
General Operating Support
Formerly known as the Stabilization grant, this program supports nonprofit 501(c)3 arts organizations that help to create, present and preserve the various unique arts resources that make up Louisiana by providing general operating support. Eligible organizations must have been incorporated for at least two years and have received at least two years of municipal and/or governmental funding.
The Division is not currently accepting General Operating Support grant applications. The General Operating Support grant is in the first year of a two-year grant cycle. Grant applications will be accepted Spring 2018
Decentralized Arts Funding (DAF) applications for Organizational Support and Project Assistance grants will be accepted April 15, 2017 through June 15, 2017. Please contact the Regional Development Agency in your region for DAF guidelines and grant application.
