11/4/2011 As a resident of the Bywater, I believe this property is a nuisance and needs to be renovated. It should be rehabilitated by the current owner or sold to a new owner who will restore it to habitable condition. But it should not be demolished. Name redacted at request of author

11/4/2011 The property located at 906 Poland Avenue is in the Bywater Historic District, this property is in fair to poor condition but is without question a candidate for rehabilitation. Under no circumstances should this property be demolished.
