Decentralized Arts Funding
DAF provides a system for a funding arts organizations and cultural projects in partnerships with Regional Arts Councils throughout the state To find the Regional Arts Council that serves your region, please click here
Grant applications for the 2018-2019 DAF grant cycle were submitted online through the first-ever statewide online grant application system, www.mygovernmentonline.org. The DAF grant application deadline was July 13, 2018. Grant review panels will be held in each region throughout the state during August and September. Funding recommendations will be made locally by representatives from each parish. DAF award notifications will be sent out to applicants by the end of September. The DAF grant cycle will begin on October 1, 2018 and will end on September 30, 2019. Please contact your Regional Arts Council with any questions.
General Operating Support
Grant award notices will be sent to grant applicants at the end of August 2018.
Formerly known as the Stabilization grant, this program supports nonprofit 501(c)3 arts organizations that help to create, present and preserve the various unique arts resources that make up Louisiana by providing general operating support.

Regional Arts Council Operating Support
This program provides general operating support for regional arts councils to achieve their missions of providing specific services that respond to the needs in their regions.
